All refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original source account within a reasonable timeframe after deducting any applicable charges and fees.

Compliance and Verification: You are deemed to have represented that all foreign exchange transactions you perform are within the prescribed limits set forth by the RBI. We are not and cannot control the actual transaction between you and our channel partners. We are not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between you and our channel partners. You hereby release and indemnify KapnoxForex.com and its officers from any cost, damage, or liability arising out of the actions of our channel partners or other users.

6. Liability for Third-Party Products and Services ▼

The services on this Site may involve third-party products like forex cards, travel insurance, or international SIM cards. We act as a facilitator and will not be held liable for any failure or deficiency in service from these third-party providers. In all cases of service deficiency or disputes (e.g., bank server downtime, card not working), your recourse shall be directly with the issuing bank or financial institution. We may assist in coordinating with our partners to facilitate better customer service, but we assume no responsibility or liability for their services.
